Denver - Saturday Morning

Saturday Morning in Denver sitting in the Hampton Inn Breakfast Area. Logan still a sleep and Janie is at Sara's with Cooper. Logan and I made the 9 hour drive without a hitch and joined up with Janie, Sara and Michelle (Janie's customer) at a Pool Hall for dinner. Then headed to Sara's new apartment and played with Cooper (Boxer) and Jackson (room mates Lab). Then Logan and I headed to check into the Hampton.

Can you believe the Japan situation? Hard to believe my little brother David was in southern Japan when the earthquake hit. All safe and was able to head to Osaka yesterday to catch a flight to S. Korea, then to San Fran, then Chicago and home sometime today. Unfortunately he missed out on his two days of touring Tokyo, but of course better safe then sorry. He is going to be shocked when he sees what happened, since coverage locally was tough with communications down. Two trips to Asia and both times some incident keeping him from plans and making travel an adventure.

We are going with Sara to the Aquarium in Denver, then heading to another hotel for the night. Then tomorrow heading to Frisco, CO to check into our condo and pickup rentals. Monday starts the week of Spring Skiing. Right now Copper has 95" of base and we are expecting highs in the 40's all week with sun. It will be perfect Spring skiing...lots of sun block and light clothing...yeah!!!
